For this year’s BBC School News Reports day, Year 10 students have been planning, producing and editing stories around three main topics: women in sport, homelessness and stem cell treatment for cancer. The team have worked exceptionally hard at lunch times and after schools, and have interviewed some inspirational people!

We highly recommend you visit the Anthony Nolan website for more information about how to donate stem cells and ways to support the campaign. For anyone wanting to do more to help the homeless in Liverpool, The Whitechapel Centre has a range of things you can get involved with.

A huge well done to all involved and a massive thank you to the Anthony Nolan Foundation, The Whitechapel Centre, Liverpool Ladies FC and Liverpool Homeless FC.
